Fitness Studio & Classes

Our large fitness studio is the touchpoint for all of our fitness classes, from BoxFit to Yoga, you’re sure to find something that suits you.

We update our classes every month based on your feedback - and we’re always trying to bring something new and interesting for you to try. This year we’ve added Zumba, Bhangra Blaze and extra Group Cycle sessions, all based on your feedback!

BOXFIT

A class combining defensive martial arts movements alongside boxing techniques without any physical contact.

YOGA

Incorporates breath control, simple meditation and the adoption of specific bodily postures. Low impact class for all ages.

GROUP CYCLE

A class delivered on stationary spin bikes to work lower body and cardio. Low impact class for all ages.

BHANGRA BLAZE

A high-energy fitness class based on Bhangra and Bollywood moves for a fun approach to fitness.

CIRCUITS

Gym circuits help you get the best out of our gym equipment.

PILATES

Free-flowing, up-tempo yoga and Pilates moves.

BOOTCAMP

Outdoor circuit class using a variety of equipment such as rope and tyres.

FREESTYLE PUMP

A class using weighted bars and hand weights.

ZUMBA

Ideal for anybody and everybody, Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
