Our large fitness studio is the touch-point for all of our fitness classes, from BoxFit to Yoga, you’re sure to find something that suits you.

We update our classes every month based on your feedback – and we’re always trying to bring something new and interesting for you to try. So far this year we have added Zumba, Core-lates and extra Group Cycle sessions, all based on your feedback!

Boxfit

A class combining defensive martial arts movements alongside boxing techniques without any physical contact.

LBT

Free-Flowing class that will tone and sculpt key body areas using specific exercises.

Yoga / Pilates

Incorporates breath control, simple meditation and the adoption of specific bodily postures. Low impact class for all ages.

Group Cycle

A class delivered on stationary spin bikes to work lower body and cardio. Low impact class for all ages.

CoreFit

Group class concentrating on true Core training creating a balanced, strong and sculpted trunk.

HIIT / HIIT Flow

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you alternate between High intensity and Low intensity exercises or rest periods. This type of class is ideal to burn more fat in less time and help to correct posture and improve lower back pain.

Belly Dancing

Learn the Art of Middle Eastern Dancing. You will be taught the correct technique and how to put it all together to create dances. Have fun, keep fit and learn a different style of dancing.

Bootcamp

Take your training outside the gym with our Boot camp class that mixes traditional body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Designed so you get the most out of your training while creating a spirit of teamwork and group support to achieve more than you thought possible.

Freestyle Pump

A class that uses high reps and low weights to help you get lean, toned and fit. A total body workout using weighted bars and hand weights.

Zumba

Ideal for anybody and everybody, Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Step

A fun and energetic 80’s / 90’s style Step routine of stepping up and down on an height adjustable Step.

Corelates

Corelates builds on the principles of Pilates and Yoga to develop strength in every muscle in the body to correct posture and improve lower back pain.

Abs Blast

A fun packed 30 minute class designed to tone, build and strengthen the abdominal muscles. Abs Blast uses various skills and techniques to target the core muscles; including floor routines, full body stretches and fast-paced exercises.
